When Religion is anything but - the Reality of Religious extremism.

It's very easy to get angry with Islamists. Indeed its very easy to get angry with and condemn the whole religion of Islam as one which advocates acts of barbarism on a scale of such depravity. When viewed from out comfy western, still "Christian" perspective, we could be forgiven for seeing religion , in any form, but particulalry Islamic Religion as , frankly satanic.

I am sure that up and down the county and in other places Islam is being compared to Satanism, in fact, I'm not just sure, I know that it is.

But before we aim our condemning voices at the religion that memebers of these groups alledge allegience to , perhaps we need to remember what happened during the troubles in Norther Irelend, the Spanish Inquisition etc etc - Christianity hasnt a particulalry good track record of Love , and contines to brutilise and condemn in other ways.

Isis , Bocco Haram etc are no more religious than Richard Dawkins. They simply use religion to try to justify their evil cause.
