It is heart wrenching.

I don't know the full facts of the case, but it is very clear to me that , once again, justice in the UK can be bought. Rarely are court cases about what's right and what's wrong, who is telling the truth and who is lying, but rather which Barrister puts up the most convincing argument. The more money you have at your disposal, the better the Barrister - with no access to Legal Aid anymore, especially in family courts, you are stuffed. Once again a mother and her children are in deep pain simply because they couldn't afford legal representation. Another example of the immoral policies of the UK government.
